We were disappointed in the pass. We tried to do as much as possible to maximize our value. Even though you don’t have to make reservations for tours, you really need to. No one put us in ahead of others as the pass states. We didn’t get our value out of the pass. Will probably not do a pass again.
We do allow users to make reservations to all of the Featured Tours with the exception of the Riverboat Cruise since that tour never fills up. During peak season, some of the house tours (which don't require reservations) can fill up before the end of the day. We recommend and instruct to go there first thing in the morning (especially the Owens Thomas House) if you want to visit that attraction. This would happen with or without having a TourPass. We did see where you checked into 6 attractions with a 1-day pass which is great, hopefully you had fun on those tours. Thank you for taking time to leave feedback.
This pass was great. I was able to take multiple tours and they were all included in the price. I will defiantly use this option again when traveling.

Our rental was only a short walk to one of the trolly stops. We never needed to take our car out, we just walked to the tram and hit all the museums, restaurants and points of interest. Loved the trolly experience and highly recommend it.

Very convenient but everything closes at 5:00. You have to start as soon as possible to get anything done. We started at 9am and we're only able to do half of what is offered. It's definitely worth doing the ghost tour as it is available after all the museums close for the day. I felt like the trolley should be included in the basic and not be a premium option. We did get our money's worth but only because we did the ghost tour. It's was very convenient booking everything through them and have the QR codes on my phone. It's was also nice not having to worry about individual costs. Honestly I don't know if we would do the 1 day pass again as everything closes at 5pm so it makes it hard to see everything in one day. I didn't want to do the multiple day pass because the charge the trolley as a premium choice each day. Really hope they change the trolley and we would be more likely to do the multi day pass in future trips.
Thanks for the feedback Ashley. Many people schedule a tour in the evening like the ghost trolley or sunset cruise which gives you more time in the daytime to visit museums and such that close at 5-6pm. Since there are over 30 tours to choose from, our goal isn't for someone to visit all 30 in one day. Each day of use on the trolley is $40 per person and a 2 day pass includes 3 feature tours.

Trolley very busy, long waits due to Christmas traffic. Could have a few more quick jump offs. Value for the day pass good over all. General store actor was great in character! Wax museum good. We got in about 5 stops and stopped to have lunch. Start early to get in as much as possible on the day pass.

We got the 4 day pass and spent 1 full week in Charelston. We scheduled 4 featured tours for each night/day and filled in the rest of the time with the amazing standard tours. It made our stay a great time. I recommend this pass.

We purchased the 2 day Tourpass and had a great time! My only complaint is that the trolley counted as a “featured” selection but was only valid for one day- but we had a 2 day pass. Otherwise the dolphin boat ride was fantastic!and everything else was amazing

Recently used a 2 day pass on a Charleston trip with my Mom & Sister. Not only saved us some money, but having the map in the app helped to plan our itinerary to inlcude more stops than we had anticipated. Would use it again and wish it was available for more destinations.
We're working on bringing TourPass to more cities soon. So glad it saved you both time and money. Yes, many people overlook how much time TourPass can save when planning in an unfamiliar city.

Having the Tourpass led us to see many historic and interesting places that we would have otherwise not seen. App was also top notch and made scheduling and viewing places to see very easy.

This is a great value, if you plan ahead, review the venues for accessibility that the pass offers and map out where you’ll visit before you buy. But you’ll get a great view of Savannah in just a day.

The TourPass is a great buy if you plan on squeezing in several things during your visit. I bought the two day pass and my husband and I were able to do a few things each day. We ended up not doing everything I had hoped but that was my fault with planning. The hotel we stayed in was in Mt. Pleasant; which isn’t too far from downtown Charleston but definitely not within walking distance. So we ended up getting an Uber more than we would have liked. We had no problem with our passes at any of the attractions, they were accepted very easily with no trouble whatsoever. Definitely recommend!
